I went gluten-free in 2008 after a gluten sensitivity diagnosis. I made the same mistake as you and assumed that just because something was gluten-free, it must be better for me.
Boy, was I wrong!
Almost exactly a year later, I had severe Adrenal Fatigue and Candida.
It was so bad that I couldn't get out of bed in the morning let alone make it past the first mile of a bike ride (I used to ride 45 miles each Sunday).
I was once a very physically fit and active woman. And I lost my health, motivation, and happiness because my diet was so loaded with sugar.
Even though I considered myself to be pretty healthy, I had no idea how much sugar was in the SGFD that completely wiped out the breakthroughs I'd experienced from going gluten-free.
When I finally went to a functional practitioner, the diet I was handed was... well... ridiculous, and I basically starved.
I remember thinking that there had to be a better way... so I did lots of research and used myself as a guinea pig testing out a more practical approach.
Since then, I've had the blessing of helping tens of thousands of clients find a better way through the diet maze -- and kick their gluten-free sugar addiction at the same time (using these principles that initially helped me).
Because I've literally been in your shoes, I know the up's and down's of gluten-free sugar addiction and its symptoms all too well. But I also know what it takes to help you mentally, emotionally, and practically win out over sugar (and maintain it long-term).
And that's why I want to help you do the same without looking back.
